This Privacy Policy explains how Hansonsoft LLC (“we”) handles data when you use the Qianzhuli mobile app. Qianzhuli is on-device storage first, for adult professional users’ personal work logs and notes.
1. Information we collect
- Support communications: email addresses, problem descriptions, and screenshots you send us, used for technical support;
- Advertising technical data: the bottom Banner may be served by an ad provider (such as Google AdMob), which may process advertising identifiers and device technical data under its policies. About one-third of Banners are Hansonsoft house promotions (for example Jinzhanggui). We do not use your work-log or notes content for ad targeting. This app does not offer paid ad removal and does not show full-screen ads that pop up automatically.
2. On-device business data
Business data such as work logs, notes, special dates, settings, and legal-consent status stay on your phone by default. We do not upload them to Hansonsoft for marketing unless you export a backup or place exported files on your own cloud drive or computer. Support generally cannot view the work logs and notes on your phone. Please protect your device and backup files. Uninstalling, clearing app data, or device damage without a valid backup may make data unrecoverable.
3. Your responsibility
Information you enter or store about your work, customers, or other individuals is processed under your control. You must determine and comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws (including notice, consent, retention, and deletion requests). Tools in this Software do not constitute a guarantee that your compliance obligations are fulfilled.
4. Children’s privacy
This Software is intended only for adult professional users. You must not use this Software to unlawfully collect or process children’s personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any child. If you believe we may have received a child’s information, contact support@hansonsoft.com and we will handle it as required by applicable law after verification.
5. Networking and third parties
This Software may go online when needed: bottom Banner ads, system notifications, voice, and similar features. Backup exports to local storage or a location you choose are completed on your device.
6. Your rights
You may edit or delete work logs and notes in the app, export backups, or uninstall the app. To request deletion of support correspondence with us, email support@hansonsoft.com. If you are in certain U.S. states (including Colorado), you may also use those channels to exercise applicable rights such as access, correction, and deletion.

本《隐私政策》说明 Hansonsoft LLC（「我们」）在您使用「钱助理」手机应用时的数据处理做法。钱助理以本机存储为主，面向成年职业用户的个人记工与记事。
一、我们收集的信息
- 客服沟通：您主动发来的邮箱、问题描述与截图，用于技术支持；
- 广告技术数据：底部 Banner 可能由广告服务商（如 Google AdMob）按其政策处理广告标识与设备技术数据。约三分之一的 Banner 为 Hansonsoft 自有推广（例如金掌柜），不把您的记工、记事内容用于广告定向。本应用不提供去广告购买，也不展示会自动弹出的全屏广告。
二、本机业务数据
记工、记事、专属日期、设置、协议同意状态等业务数据默认仅存于您的手机。除非您主动备份导出，或把导出文件放到您自己的云盘/电脑，否则不会为营销目的上传至 Hansonsoft。客服默认无法查看您手机里的记工与记事。请妥善保管设备与备份文件；卸载、清理应用数据或设备损坏且无有效备份时，数据可能无法恢复。
三、您的责任
您录入或保存的与工作、客户或其他个人相关的信息，由您负责处理。您须自行判断并遵守适用的隐私与数据保护法律（含通知、同意、保留与删除请求等）。本软件提供的工具不构成对您合规义务的履行保证。
四、未成年人隐私
本软件仅面向成年职业用户。您不得通过本软件违规收集或处理未成年人的个人信息。我们不会故意收集任何未成年人的个人信息。若您认为我们可能收到了未成年人的信息，请联系 support@hansonsoft.com，我们将在核实后按适用法律处理。
五、联网与第三方
本软件可在需要时联网：底部 Banner 广告、系统通知与语音等。备份导出至本机或您选择的位置由您本地完成。
六、您的权利
您可在应用内修改或删除记工记事、导出备份或卸载应用。向我们请求删除客服往来记录，请邮件 support@hansonsoft.com。若您位于美国特定州（包括科罗拉多州），亦可通过上述方式行使适用法律规定的访问、更正、删除等权利。
